S4 Turbo II Swap
Does anyone know if I would have to get the drive shaft and differential from a S4 Turbo II? I'm Swapping a Turbo II motor and tranny into my N/A S4, would the N/A differential and drive shaft work?

Yes, it bolts in the same, but if you're getting the TII differential unit, you also need the (aside from the driveshaft) TII axles as well.
I had a local driveshaft shop make one for me from a TII driveshaft. They just welded on an NA differential flange and made the u-joints replaceable. Cost around $160.
The other option is to retain the NA transmission. You just bolt the NA flywheel up to the TII engine, then keep everything behind that NA.

it will be fine for a while as long as you dont launch it hard. i tore up a few na diffs(welded+drifting) but my na trans was fine the entire time. probably around 220whp
also if you keep na trans, you will have to match the front counterweight to the flywheel that you use.

Yes. NA tranny specs, particularly the syncro's, are barely adequate to deal with stock power for any extended period of time.
You know, these are pretty basic questions that have been asked and answered a number of times on this forum. I recommend that before you ask your next question you do yourself a favor and click the following link.
