S4 Turbo II Lower intake manifold question?

One of my of my holes on my intake manifold are blocked up and the other one isnt because on my rotor housings i saw that there is an opening and on the intake manifold its closed and they connect. I was just wondering if that is supposed to be there? Here are some pictures to make better sense.

the front housing passage is supposed to be blocked by the LIM, yes. the rear passage feeds the turbo for turbo cooling.

The open hole is for a water passage to the turbo. The return for the water after the turbo is down at the radiators bottom outlet pipe.

Dittos as the post above but just to give you an idea of what happens to the water after it leaves the turbo.

It scares me that you got all those "caps" on the oil injectors (are you premixing?) and the primary air bleed valve fitting (you must have a crappy idle?).

Dude...seriously.

Grab yourself a set of vice grips, and twist those oil injectors off. Lefty-loosey. Get some 10mmx1.25 bolts...SUPER short...anti seize...put them in. Do the same thing on the ones near the primary fuel rail.

Oh and..grab yourself some de-greaser, and a toothbrush...your **** is dirty!

Make sure you get ALL of the old gasket off the mating surface before bolting it back on..and sand it down a bit to get all the excess stuff off of it.

Uncap that nipple in the middle...it is the primary air injector bleed (as RETed said). Here...without the OMP, or anything else..this is how you need to run your vacuum lines.
