s4 tii clutch on s5 tii

s4 tii clutch on s5 tii

I have s4 tii chassis and putting a s5 tii motor, i need to kno if i can use my original s4 tii clutch, will it work?

Im pretty sure s4 clutches will not work on a s5.

find an s4 flywheel/counterweight, then you will be ok.

The pressure plate and disc will work, but you cannot use the flywheel.

so there is no way to use the s5 flywheel because the s5 is lighter. i think the only diff between the clutches is the s4 is 5mm smaller. any more feedback on this?

Doh. I Got things mixed up. You need to use the S5 flywheel. I thought you wanted to put the S4 flywheel on the new motor.
