s4 t2 wiring connector help

there is a black connector close to the firewall on drivers side after main relay I have no clue what it is, its a 6 plug connector with 5 wires to it, ones black/green stripe that's a thicker wire... I can try to get a picture of it tomorrow but it's not the ground, not main relay, the only plug like that by the firewall.... any help is appreciated, I almost wanna say its a relay because fuel pumps not kickin on and the cars not turning over, but I can jump the both and it runs fine

That relay would look like the Main Relay except the Main Relay has two plugs while the Starter Cut Relay has but one plug that houses the four wires. Jumpering the thicker B/G wire to the B/W wire bypasses the relay which is a good thing especially if you don't have the relay.

Funny,I keep hearing about this relay and I didn't have one on my 86.
I got this 88 base just in,and I finally see what all the 'Hub-Bub" is about.I was cleaning the engine bay up and spied it..sort of went : "what is that??..oh ya!"..lol!
