S4 T2 - Need help identifying some things

Im wrapping up my t2 swap, but there are two things I need help with identifying so I can figure out what they are and what they go to.

First is the pipe attached to the turbo oil inlet pipe. Im guessing this was either for emissions or the twin scroll system maybe? This engine no longer has either of those systems in place.

Second is this pipe (see picture) coming off of the front cover turbo oil return pipe. I don't think this is supposed to be here stock. It looks like it's jb welded on. When I bought the engine it just had a long vacuum line dangling from it. What do you think this could be for?

The pipe that is in line with the turbo oil return line is not supposed to be there. It looks as though it was fabricated for some purpose. I would guess that the front cover was not modified, just that an intermediate pipe was installed in between the flange on the front cover and the oil return line.

As for the oil feed line, nothing should be j.b. welded to it. Its a high pressure feed line to supply oil to the turbo. In the picture your appears to be starting to kink. I would replace that line if it were my car.

I think I may just cap off that weird addition on the the oil return line until i figure out why it was there. In the near future I'll probably end up just getting a normal oem piece if i figure out there is no need for this thing.

As for the turbo oil feed, there is nothing JB welded on that. I just don't know what it went to. You can see in the FSM there is that little second pipe attached to the oil feed line. That's the one I'm referring to. You can see in the 2nd picture of the FSM that once the rats nest is added, all of a sudden that pipe has a hose on it so that's why I'm assuming its emissions or twin scroll related.

The top picture is some sort of aftermarket addition to the oil drain pipe from your turbo to the front cover that drains into the oil pan, these are gravity drained and shouldn't be under any pressure and fine to cap off. Just for reference since I have one sitting around this is the two parts in the stock setup(they may be bolted together wrong but to just give you an idea what it looks like).

The second picture I'm not 100% sure on but I remember removing this when I did my emissions delete by using a small cut off wheel on a dremel and only keeping the oil, and fuel part of the hardlines. I believe it's part of the emissions control system, not sure exactly which part.
