Well I'd like to make it to the low 13's, maybe high 12's, thats all. This for a couple reasons..:
1) I dont have a ton of money to blow on it
2)I dont want to make it that unreliable/unstreetable, as I would like to drive it and have fun without worrying all the time.
3)high 12's is plenty fast enough for me

if you plan to highly mod, take the S4. Lighter and lower compression rotors = more boosting fun. The S5 LOOKS better but you can bolt everything up (front bumper, side skirts, lip, lights, misc interior) which won't totally make your car heavier. Thats what I have. An 87 TII with S5 exterior pieces. The power of an S4 with S5 looks.
