I havnt compared rear quater panels, so i dont know, although they look the same.
On the other hand, i HAVE compared S4 fenders to a S5 fender, and when both of them have no moldings and what-so-ever the only difference is the mounting points for the S5 moldings, the fenders seem to be identical.
