S4 to s5 afm

Is there a write up or diagram that shows how to covert the s4 afm plug to s5. I just need to know what wires are combine or not used. Thanks,

Searching with words like "S4" and "S5" are not allowed. That makes things a little difficult.

Use % signs in front of it to trick the system Do an advanced search, titles only, for "%S4 %S5 AFM", under 2nd gen specific forum.

Look what I found!

If you do a Yahoo search for "S4 to S5 afm conversion", you'll get a link to this forum to a thread that tells you all you want to know.
