S4 OMP is binding

I have an S4 TII with an OMP that seems to hang up at the bottom of it's arc of rotation. If you press the pedal, you can feel the OMP binding but then freeing up to move smoothly (about 1/3 the way down on the pedal). If you reach inside the bay and grab the arm it does the same thing, although after you lift it from it's binding point it moves like normal. Any ideas on how to adjust or remedy this?

I literally just lubed with with some silicone spray and haven't had an issue in over a year. Used to bind like crazy and keep the throttle stuck.

Check and see if the rod to the omp is touching something.
