S4 no start and no spark
Yes, I searched but I didn't find the full information that I'm looking for, so I'm sorry if this topic come up a lot. Anyways, the car stopped starting, which I thought it was flooded and did the unflooding procedure , but it didnt work. So, my Auto teacher said that there no spark goin to the engine, so I think its might be faulty coils. I checked all the fuses and only found one burned out 30A fuse in the main fuse box under the hood, which I replaced. I try to start the car, but it won't even crank just make noises and the needle on the tach doesn't bounces at all. So, I'm at lost at this one and hear to ask you guys for help because you guys must know more then me.
Thanks for any kind of help,
Voeun

check that 30A fuse again- if ya blew it again, tell us what it's called, & we'll help ya from there...and just because you performed one unflooding procedure and it still didn't start does not mean that it's not flooded- pull at least one plug from each rotor & see if it's wet...but check that fuse first...
yeh, there's at least 2 of 'em...if it was the EGI fuse that blew, you might have some other problems other than just not being able to start the car...can you get an inductive timing light (or even a small flourescent bulb or tube) and see if juice is flowing in the plug wires? That will at least tell you where to go from there...

I had a similar problem ==> leading coils for me
GET A COPY OF THE FSM if you haven't already
Follow it's directions for the inspection of the CAS, coils, and (if all else fails) any relevant pins on the ECU.

Thanks man, I replace the coils, but with T2 coils so I dont know if that works. I'm gonna check the FSM for it as I just sold the car to a kid and I feel guilty selling a non-running car to him. So, I'm gonna try and get it to start so the kid can insure it.
