S4 NA Engine Harness Routing

So after re-wrapping my harness and now getting to the point of reinstalling it, it no longer has it's original "shape" left over. I took pictures during disassembly but have since lost them.

I got as far as getting the engine harness through where it passes between the LIM and the water pump housing, but now I'm running into trouble distinguishing between the secondary and primary injector connectors. I tried to keep all the wire lengths as close as possible so it would still fit properly. Anyways, here is my question if someone has a few minutes to check under their hood:

Does the Bosch injector style connector for the water temp sensor on the back of the water pump housing branch off of the secondary injectors or the primaries? I think it should be the primaries, and that this is where the secondaries split and go up above the manifold. The reason I need to confirm this is that the way it falls into place now is that the primaries branch off the harness first, then the harness goes to the emissions solenoids, then loops around and the secondaries are at the "end" of the harness with the water temp connector and come up on either side of the manifold from underneath. I know this isn't quite right since it would require me to flip the injectors around and connect them from the engine side, not from the exhaust side as normal.

The way I suspect it should work is that the secondaries branch right where the harness goes between the manifold and water pump housing, then the harness goes to the solenoid rack, then loops back and the primaries connect. Then lastly the water temp sensor branches from there.

Thanks, Chris

that sounds correct, the water temp should be at or near the same branch as the primaries, and then the secondaries loop over
