Can someone tell me what plug on the harness/etc goes to the yellow connector on the water pump?

I also can't seem to locate one of the wires that goes to one of the secondary injector's plug...

otherwise I'm making fairly decent progress putting my engine back together...

 

Well, I found what I think are the connectors for the primary injectors, and it seems I had the connectors for the secondaries connected to the primaries...

Unfortunately, the connectors for the primaries seem to be at the end of the harness, and the wires aren't nearly long enough to reach the plugs... so I'm wondering what I've done wrong.

One thing I want to know is where those two grounds on the harness go, and also where you're supposed to put the end of the harness in relation to the engine.

Although I guess it would be fine if I just fed the wires under the vacuum hose assembly...
