Did they make a headliner in black on the S4? I am removing passive seatbelt system and need to replace headliner with an S4 but it needs to be black. I thought they only came in grey, blue and red.

Yes, the 1988 10thAE had a black headliner.

Note that all the Canadian models didn't come with mouse belts, so you can get a Black S5 headliner from Canada and it would work fine in a S4 (or a S5 without mouse belts) as well.
