hey guys i have a s5 turbo motor.. and need a mech. oil metering pump.. so i was thinking i will grab a s4 na front cover and then drill and tap for an oil line.. i believe this will work. what do you think?

Why would you need to drill the front cover?

What you would need is an S4 water pump, and an S4 TB.

You would only need to drill a hole if you were using an NA S4 front cover on a TII engine.
