S4 door stickers

Anyone have a minute that they could take a couple of pictures and dimensions of the two stickers inside the driver's side door jam?

You're awesome - is there anyway I could get a big picture of each? I'm repainting and mine didn't survive the process. I was planning on seeing if I could make something in Photoshop that would work.

Thank ya! Yep, it's basically all Mazda under the hood. The Auto transmission on it now is toasted and maybe the torque converter too, but the B6 still purrs like a dream. I'm talking to a salvage yard now to see if I can pick up all the stuff I'll need to do a manual swap. With only 100 hp or so on tap, it would definitely benefit from being able to keep it in the powerband more.
I picked it up for like $900 with hail damage, a cracked radiator, and broken window and light motors and won Best in Class at a carshow 3 months later. It's kinda unofficially for sale now since my wife and I have 5 cars between us, and it's the stepchild.

I'm not sure exactly why, but Mazda made the door stickers out of that neat stuff that destroys itself when you try to peel it off. I'm repainting my car the right way, meaning everything disassembled, and rather than half-*** it by masking the stickers, I pulled them. They didn't survive the process, so I was toying on the idea of making new stickers in Photoshop so that it won't look so bare there.

They do it, so you cant transfer it to another car.

I figured that much out. Let me rephrase that, then. I'm not sure why they would think it was so important that you not transfer that sticker to another car.

which raises the question: why is it so important to you?

I'm not trying to be an *** at all, seriously. I just don't know why you'd spend time doing this. I am having a hard time putting myself in your shoes.

Then don't worry about it.

I was pretty sure I'd seen them in the Mazda parts book, too - but my wife says the VIN is on one of them, so it seems like it'd be hard to just order one

should have used lighter fluid. Just pour a bunch on, wait a min then it should peel right off. and when the fluid dries the sticky on the back should still be there...

Man, that's an awesome trick - I'll have to remember that for next time. Normally I can use a razorblade and go REAL slow and have good luck, but not so much this time.
