My battery died cause I left my low beams on after coming home late, and I jumpstarted my car, but the alarm wouldn't arm when I turned off the car and locked my door. I stood outside and turned the door to unlock it to see that the alarm LIGHT was still turning on. Something that might've been affected as well is my dome light. I usually have the switch in the middle, so when I open my doors, the light will come on, but I noticed after the battery drain that it stopped turning on when my doors are open. I doubled checked to see if the dome light was still working by moving the switch all the way to the left, and it works completely fine, with no dimness. What could be the issue with my car alarm and dome light? How would I get them back to functioning how they should be?
