S13 struts on FC?

I've heard of people putting S13 struts on an FC but can't find any solid info. Anybody with actual experience?

I ask because I want to go the other way - S13 spindles/control arms on my car, which may be an FB but it has an FC front end on it. I have a bent hub and I have been unable to find any 4 lug hubs for sale in the past few years. I can get S13 spindles and control arms for a few hundred bucks and they have better wheel bearings anyway, and if I can keep my existing struts that would be awesome.

My struts are WRX rear struts massively modified to fit the FB chassis/FC spindles. I'm not averse to making things fit My car is dead until I am done putting the Ford 9" in it (5.43 gears and a Detroit Locker, F* YEAH!) so I am just biding my time planning the next move. I am totally married to the 4x4.5 bolt pattern since I have a zillion wheels in that fitment and I have effectively five cars that use that bolt pattern. If I made my FB have 5x4.5 then I would have to sell my Volvo/Evo car and all of my Volkswagens and buy an STi and Hondas or something. And those are new cars and new cars are boring because that is what everyone else drives.

So, I ask of the FC community, help a brotha out in not being some boring complacent consumer buying new crap instead of driving old awesome crap like a True Automotive Enthusiast!

I still have my four lug hubs if you want them.
Also, never knew you could do that. I certainly hope someone with experience will chime in

I'd be worried about bump steer issues with the tie rod ears in a different position. I've thought about swapping hubs for a while, but that issues keeps me away.
