S-AFC Tuners!

I got a slightly modded TII and I'm thinking about some fuel system upgrade. I already have a F-CON, but doesn't feel like it's doing the job. Anyways, here are my mods:

89 Turbo II with 28k on rebuilt
115psi in both rotors
HKS Power Flow Intake
HKS 60mm Sports Cat-back system
HKS PFC F-CON with FCD
Custom 2.5" Downpipe(might be a brand name)
HKS Boost Gauge( 30mmHg/30PSI)
HKS EGT 1200F-2200F
APEX'i AVC-R set at 0.65ATM(arount 9.5 psi)

I'm split in between getting a GCC for the F-CON, or selling the F-CON and getting the S-AFC. What should I do? Also Anyone know how big of a injector you could use with the S-AFC? What are the downside of getting a S-AFC? upside? Someone please help. Thanks

S-AFC is great. as far as the injectors goes, you don't want to get more than 720's with your mods. Im waiting until I put on the T04 to get the 720 injectors. The S-AFC works to +or- percentage of fuel. So if you have too big of injectors I don't think that you could compensate for the fuel. plus you have to get a different fuel rail when you get too big. 720 will work fine. Hope I was some help.

Another thing...

Also I heard that the S-AFC controls fuel by modifying the MAF sensor signal going to the ECU. Does that mean I could do away with the MAF and the shitty turbo inlet duct, then put a new pipe in?

Just as an FYI, the F-CON only works correctly with the stock injectors that it is programmed for. That means for the FC's it will only work with 550cc's unless you run the S-AFC. Then you can run the larger injectors, and tune them in with the AFC. It even has directions in the instructions on how to wire it up with the F-CON. It is a much better combo to use than just the AFC alone, as the F-CON can adjust fuel according to boost, not just RPM's.

Nope, the only way to get rid of the AFM is to go aftermarket ECU. The AFC modifies the MAF signal. It does not replace it You can make a custom TID pipe though if you are still using the stock one.

Or you can be like me and tie the s-afc into the boost sensor rather then the TPS.. (88 10ae) .. cures the problem with the narrow range series 4 TPS and gives me boost/rpm fuel correction..

That sounds like a much safer setup over just rpm fuel correction. Can you explain how to do it?
