Rx7 won’t start!

My 1987 Rx7 isn’t starting and need help trying to self diagnose and fix what’s wrong. Im new to the site and just looking for help to getting it running again. It’s been sitting for a couple weeks now. It was running fine how it usually does then i turned it off going into the house then stopped running completely. I tried jumping it and it wouldn’t start. I just replaced the spark plugs but i haven’t checked for an actual spark from the coils and wires. Can anyone give me some Info on what to do to figure out why it won’t start?

If the starter is spinning the engine but it isn't catching, the most likely cause based on your description is flooding. It's also the easiest to fix.

Take out the EGI INJ fuse from the little panel near the drivers side shock tower. Crank the engine for 10 seconds while flooring the gas pedal (it won't start, but as always verify you're in neutral first).

Then put the fuse back, and try starting. If the battery is weak, jump it too.

It started but the exhaust was coming out as solid white smoke so i have a coolant leak or whatever it is. :/

If it was flooded, a smoke show is pretty normal on startup, I would let it warm up and see if the smoke clears. If it doesn't, and smells sweet, then yes, probably a coolant leak.
