rx7 troubles

First of all, im starting to find gasoline leaking from the bottom of my car im thinking the fuel injectors are starting to leak and a gimp in performance... and the car used to be my dads, and he said he fucked with the fuel "adjustment thing" its left of the turbo intercooler does anyone know how many turns from tight it should be. if you understand what im talking about please help? thx

There is no "fuel adjustment." I can only guess he mean the air adjust screw on the BAC valve. It's left of the intercooler & mounted on the intake manifold. All that does is increase/decrease idle speed.

If you have a fuel leak, do not drive the car at all. You'll just be asking to set it on fire. The o-rings that seal the injectors against the fuel rails can break down and cause leaks, but the most common cause it the pulsation damper on the primary fuel rail. You will need to remove the upper intake manifold to reach it.
