Make sure the engine is a 1986-1988 or you'll run into major trouble. Besides that JDM engines are a gamble; might run okay or you might have to rebuild it soon after you put it in. Rebuilding costs $2-$3k+. But yeah, if it's 1986-1988 it'll drop in no problem. You'll just need a part or so to make it fit your drivetrain. It's a popular swap so just do a search for "JDM turbo swap" for more info and/or check the forum FAQ.

From those in the know they will tell you your car is a S4(86-88) and the engine you posted is a S5(89-91) meaning you are better off finding a S4 turbo engine instead for an easier swap.

Doesn't matter where you buy, you will most likely still need a rebuild once you get it.

It depends on whether that's a series 4 or series 5 engine. Either is doable, but Series 4 (86-88) will be MUCH easier to install in your car!
