RX7 rough jerking at low speeds when cold.

I have been attempting to adjust my throttle via plenum for a steady idle (which I have! 1k even) I have also replaced the TPS censor, which may or may not have gone bad AGAIN lol.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this kind of jolting while their car was still running cold. After I start it up and before it warms to it's operating temperature I find that in 2nd and even 3rd gear at roughly 25mph there will be random and severe jerking accelerating and deceleration.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? (aside from replacing TPS)

What procedure should I use for balancing idle in my car? (I used example from my chiltons I hope it was correct)

Can this harm anything? (besides my neck.)

Have you tried to adjust the TPS to 1 volt after the engine has been properly warmed up?

All that's required is a screwdriver and a multimeter (volt meter).

Check your TPS connections for rust, they are not waterproof, warm up car to operating temp nice idle(must have fast idle off ) then shut car off, then turn key back on when you have installed test lights on green connector on passenger side harness, turn tps screw till one light goes on; then, continue on till two lights go on then, back up till only one light remains on then blip the throttle a few times to make sure it stays on(1 light)only... then start your car, go to the rich and lean screw on the front of the passenger strut.. and turn the screw slowly one way then back till it idles smoothly,if your car is jerky you might have a plugged fuel pump screen as well,,something to check if you haven,t yet

well idk if I have the volt meter lol, I will check down in the shop but I seem to remember breaking one a few years back =\ The jolting is really concerning me though, it also has a slight idle bobble probably 150rpm variance up and down after it is warmed up.
