rx7 no start please help

There are a series of plugs connected to the Ignition Switch. These plugs are found just under the dash along the steering column. One plug in particular has two wires. One is solid Black and rather thick and the other wire is B/W. W/key to on the B/W wire should have battery voltage (solid Black has constant voltage just to add). When it does it powers all of the IG1 fuses and the Engine fuse is one of these. The "Turn fuse" is another one and I bring this up because you mentioned that the turn signals did not work so perhaps your issue is related to the ignition switch or a problemed connection at the interior fuse box.

thanks for all the help man i got it working. when i did my boost gauge i zip tied a cluster of wires together because they were hanging by the gas pedal. i un-did that today for the hell of it and now the car runs. also found out theres a buncha ghetto wires of all sorts of colors going down there. ****, and one is pretty fried as well. but anyways thanks again for all the help!
