I put the battery of my car backwards the other day and it messed up my computer from the car now my computer is apexi its made for racing. I need help i need someone to tell me where can i find another computer in the internet to buy.

 

are u sure u didn't just blow the fuse?
did u open the ECU and check for any damage?

 

What computer are you talking about. An APEXI or are you talking about the ECU that came with the car?

 

I've seen this happen before, when jumping a car off or when installing the battery after some repair work. For whatever reason, even though the fuses blow, they don't protect the ecu, and it gets killed too.

IF yours is not a stocker, you'll have to look around on ebay, ask some of the japanese part importers, or contact that company directly to see if you can get a replacement. If yours was a chipped stock ecu, odds are that the chip is unharmed and could be swapped into another good working stock ecu. IF it's something rare like a power FC, you're up the creek.
