rx-7 gurus I NEED HELP
ok i have a 1988 vert, i just installed a racing beat header that the collecter was cut off of, with nothing else(the duel stright pipe job is getting done this week) and i was driving is around(loud as hell) and alls i removed from the emissions system was the exhaust, air pipe, and the 5th and 6th acuators. well it ran fine with no problems. well today i went back and removed the anti after burn valve(the part between the 5th and 6th acuators, and put on the block off plate. well the idle was a little rough and i took it for a test drive and as i was crusing the car was cutting out like a fuel cut or something, then i decided to take it to redline and i went thru 1st an 2nd and as soon as it hit 5k 5 1/2 k it cut, it just felt like the fuel stoped going in the engine. i have no clue why its doing this any help is appreacited.
thanks

RTV Ultra Black, or Hylomar.
ALWAYS use a sealer on block-off plates. Don't apply it directly to the plate..put it on the surface the plate goes onto, on all flat surfaces.
