i was drive along and my display lights all come on and the car stalls. i get it started and it ran very rough
and the boost pressure would not rise above zero.
it also makes a loud almost hissing noise when it does run. it sounds like an air leak but im not sure. any info would be helpful. it also wont stay running with out giving it gas.

try checking your vacuum lines. As far as all your idiot lights coming on, my car did that when it ate the altenator belt but other than that I'm clueless as to what would cause that

 

Check your intercooler piping.
