Thumbs down Running way too Rich!!!!!

I need some help and was wondering if anyone with exhaust and air intake upgrades have the same problem with the fuel mixture being too rich, and how they solve the problem? also on that note does any think that if I adjust the screw on top of the throtle body which adjust the amount of air would help help lean it out???? let me know if I am wrong. This is a huge problem because people are having a cow about how my car exhaust smell and that is running way to rich. quite frankly am getting sick of hearing it, and smelling it.
so let me know what you think???

that screw is for idle speed only. messing with that will not affect higher rpm a/f mix. u probably just need to get an S-AFC or something like that. then you can tune your mixture on an rpm scale.

How do you know your running rich? Just by smell? Might wanna makesure you don't have any fuel leaks(Pulsation damper).
