running rough

started the car this morning wicked vibrations backfireing went through everything started easy as normal .guess what took the plugs out when i took the outlet HT lead off the back rotor it came away in my hand, cut clean through ,can't see how any one could have done it must have been rubbing on something. but only the 1 lead was cut. running great now anyone had this problem or is it just a fluke??????????
