Ok, when I turn on either my running lights by themselves or with the headlights on too, the driver side one doesn't light up but, it lights when I use it for a turn signal. Do you think that maybe something came loose or maybe some wiring is bad?

 

change the bulb. its got 2 filaments (i BELIEVE). seems like the blinker one is ok, and the 'on' one is fubar'd.

then again i could be totally wrong. could have 1 filament, i havent had to change mine yet

 

If that's true, I didn't know that. I'll have to check on that though.
