Hi so I have a 88 fc rx7 vert. It’s an s4 and I’m having a problem with the rear running lights. The license plate light, rear side marker lights, and the rear running lights don’t come on when I turn on the headlights. The front running lights work and so do the interior lights. One other problem is my brights are stuck on when I turn on my headlights. It won’t let me turn it to low beam.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
