Exclamation running lights going to sh.... HELP

well.. thats it.. shortly after buying this fc the interior lights died.. found a blown 15a in the room plug, and a blown 15a in the illum plug. nothing in the ant plug.
i tried replacing the fuse... did a 30a, and the lights were dim, and the fuse got hot, so i scratched that idea..

does this sound like dash wiring problems!? i needa get this fixed in the next 24 hours!! please respond with ANY input.. yes i did search.. downloading fsm right now.

i agree with wayne88n/a just pull the stereo fuse and replace the room 15a fuse with the proper one and then just try that and post how that went.

Never ever put a larger fuse in than specified or you could have a fire!

And if the dash lights are not working you may (as covered in the FAQ for FC at the top of this section) have a bad light switch.
