Running Lean Out of Boost?

So i recently installed a wideband and a 3'' turbo back and ive noticed my car running lean to the point that the wideband cant even read anything when off throttle or light throttle. But once i go into boost, its reads anywhere from 11.6-13.6. My car is bone stock except for my exhaust, and hks boost controller. Just wondering if this is a normal thing for a stock car. My wideband is a aem, and is placed around the bend on the dp.

Off throttle makes sense -- there's typically no fuel injection going on when you're on decel. Light throttle would depend on the situation -- if so light that you are in a near decel, it may make sense. Otherwise, it sounds fairly typical.

If you are on the throttle just before decel, air injection is on just as if it where on during decel. This happens to me all the time to and from work because there are spots where the speed limit is 50, so I am cruising in 4th gear barely touching the throttle because I am not really going fast enough to stuff it into 5th yet.

My old Tech Edge would tell me that the AFR's are FORTY..when I let off the throttle.
I went through 3 sensors to find out this is normal!
