Running 15-16 AFR at cruising, how to run richer?

So I just got my Tii S4 running, I took it for the first little ride today. I was in 5th gear, running at 2000 rpm. The AFR seemed to be around 15-16, which is a little leaner than I wanted. When I give it slight throttle it goes to 12-13 which I like. How can I adjust this to get a richer crushing. APEXI NEO? My setup is a RTek 1.7, 720cc secondary’s, parallel fuel system running at 35 psi, going to bump it to 40, and RacingBeat REVTII. Also using the stock air box.

opinions wanted!

Yes apexi neo will allow you to add more fuel. I ran the exact same setup for a while before switching to power fc.

already sure there isn’t a clog in the fuel filter?

should not be, I replaced the filter, all the lines, and injectors! I guess I’ll recheck cause I had the pressure running at 35 psi, and I’m going to boost the fuel pressure to 43psi
