running lean

ok, (and yes, i searched as i always do) i was driving today and suddenly, at 5-5.5k rpm, my narrowband went completely off the lean side, and my car stopped pulling hard. ive searched through the forums, and checked a few things on the car, but i cant tell why it suddenly did that. any help from people with similar problems is appreciated as always.
car is S4 TII. mostly stock.

sounds like fuel cut. Do you have a FCD? What are your mods? How much boost are you running? At what speed and gear did this happen?

it happened at anything above about 3 grand, and anything more than half throttle. i dont have an FCD, but ive run wide open throttle before without this problem...

Clogged secondaries. Anything above 3600...at more than half throttle will give you lean condition.

thats the first thing that came to my mind, because the car has always pulled really strong, even past where the boost cut is supposed to be, but im still not sure it isnt the FCD... ive just never had the problem before.
