RPMs jump under acceleration

Ok so here is the deal. I pulled my intake manifolds off to install the pineapple racing sleeve inserts. Everything was going fine until I tried to start it back up yesterday. I have been searching my engine for a wire or hose that isnt connected and I cant find anything. At first it would die below 2k rpms and I found the pressure sensor relay hose wasn't connected. That mostly fixed it. The idle is still not as smooth as it was before but good enough for now. Now it will idle but as soon as I apply the throttle over 2k rpms they jump up and down making my car jerk. I am holding the throttle down steady and it jerks by itself. I am completely stumped as to why this is happening. I'm trying to find my multimeter to test the BAC but I have had no luck finding it so far. I really need help fixing this b/c I have work tomorrow and this is my daily driver. Thank you all for reading and for any help that you can offer.

Did you replace the upper and lower intake gaskets?? You may have an intake leak.

No not this time. I replaced them less than 10k miles ago when I had to get a new pulasation damper. The gaskets didn't rip at all so I didn't think it was necessary to replace them.

Nope... you thought wrong. Try some gasket sealer like permatex. You don't need a whole lot... just a small bead... READ THE DIRECTIONS!! This will be alot easier than replacing the gaskets.

Ok well I guess you all were right. I took off the throttle body and dynamic chamber to make sure there were no hoses missing. I hooked everything back up and put gasket sealer in between the dynamic chamber and upper intake manifold. Just like I thought I did the first time. After I got everything hooked back up I started the car. It wouldnt start at first but after a few tries it got the hang of it. For a bit it wouldn't idle at all. It would just die but after a lil bit of driving it started to idle right. Thank you all for the quick responses.
