RPM related chirping behind dash (S4 GXL)

I pulled my FC out of storage today and was cruising around but noticed that there's an audible chirping in the dash somewhere that changes with RPM.

I went under the dash and kind of prodded around a bit and checked for anything loose anywhere under the dash or in the engine bay, but it all looks good. There really aren't any problems with the car, it drives pretty well aside from a slight stutter at 3k which I'm 99% sure is caused by the timing being off (just haven't fixed it yet.)

Any ideas what it could be? I might pull the instrument cluster out when I have spare time, but I'm wondering if there's something specific I should be focusing on.

Is it a chirping or a beeping? if it is a quiet beeping noise then it is probably the power steering ECU. Does it make the noise when the car is not moving?

It's definatly not beeping and it is there when idling. Could it maybe be a bad relay or something related to the ignition back there?
