rpm problem

rpm problem
ok..its hard to describe this problem so bare with me.
After driving a little "spirited" it seems like the car bogs, but only under a certain mark on my boost guage. two - three dashes underneath the "O" mark on my boost guage seems to be where the car will bog..act like if its about to cut off..
Another problem:
After driving a little spirited, seconds after i press the clutch in to shift gears my rpms drop to about 200 making all my lights in the idiot console turn on like if it was about to stall.....so far that i have noticed this has happened only after i have been driving it semi hard....actually to most of you this would be normal driving...but i tend to be over protective of my baby.. =P
Anyone have any clue?
