RPM bounce when trying to hold rev under 4k

OK my TII Bounces when ever i try to to hold an RPM when i am under 4K but above that i don't think it happens. Its really annoying when trying to drive normal. PLEASE HELP!

Its your TPS, just go under your hood and hold the throttle at about 3k and turn the TPS screw until it stops. Or you could use a voltmeter and adjust that way. Just search for "Adjusting TPS" or something among those terms. Hope this helps your problem, mine did the exact same thing and this fixed it.
