Does anybody out there have the RP Cat-Back? I'd like a review of this system (ie: quality, sound, etc).

 

The rotary performance exhaust sounds like **** at anything above idle IMO.

 

I beg to differ, I think it sounds very nice. What else do you have done to the car to make it sound like ****. I wish I had a sound clip right now, but alas I don't. I believe I've already put up a review in the parts review section. Check there .

My friend had it on his 10ae. Sounded like crap to me. All raspy and what not. He had a bonez downpipe and midpipe going to it i believe.

 

Raspy eh? Well if it sounds raspy on a 10ae its probably gonna sound like *** on an n/a. Maybe its the downpipe? Did your friend have a cat as well?

Yeah, it was very raspy at high rpm's but it had good flow and wassn't too bad for a stock looking exhaust and for the price. 50mm just didn't do it for me though, so i went with full 3". Good luck.

 

i have it on my S5 and it sounds pretty nice... plus i have a header and presilencer.... sorry no soundclip
but at low rpm it is pretty deep tone...
