Rough idle at extremely high ambient temps???

can anyone help/suggest....
I have a '90 vert, about 18000 miles on a rebuilt engine(115000 on chassis), and twice in the past 3 days, only when it's really HOT outside (90-95 plus), my idle is slighty rough. My plugs have 18000 on them, and I will replace them very soon. Could it be that??? or something else. thanks

The spark plugs would be a good place to start.

My N/A does the same thing .. but the idle just kinda drop's ... it doesn't get "really" rough...

I had 2 theroys ... not sure if this is even how it works.. but I assumed the clutch/fan was pulling more on the engine, and a bit of heat soak from hot *** air comming in the intake.
