Hey guys, my friend and I are having an argument: In this video, the FC at 2:10 sounds really good, however I cant tell if that's still rotary or not? I've heard FD's have that sound, with similar turbo spool and BOV noise as well, but most FC's sound kinda tinny and raspy by comparison. The particular car almost sounds more like a supra to be honest....

Does boost pressure, porting or type of turbo change the sound you get a whole lot?

thats what happens with a mildly quiet exhaust, you hear the turbo and the engine ...

 

It's definitely a 20b.
