rotor housings and rotors

Does anyone know an online shop that sells new rotor housings? about to pull and rebuild an S5 motor and would like to replace the rotor housings. also does qanyone have any experience with the rce rotors that can be ordered from racing beat? thanks guys.

Pull the engine out and then inspect to see if you both of them or just one. Most likely it's just one judging from my last visit to the prior owner. Regardless I have S5 housing that are mint.

If money were no object, I would get new ones (or even cermet coated ones).

But re-using good housings is fine, and they will still make good compression #s if broken in properly (dont want to start the break-in period debate).

You probably have to use your own housings for that though. So if you don't have housings or if your housings are screwed that doesn't help. But it does look good though.

If yoru going to coat the housings then it doesn't matter which ones you bought, but the fd ones have a stronger metal or somethign and help with lubrication, and a few posts up i said to get fd housings
