Rebuilt the BNR with new parts from G-Popshop. First run was around half throttle open turbo/screamer pipe.

After that I MIG welded a test pipe/cat delete and turned down the boost to 8psi until the Rtek arrives. I might go with 720's rather than 1200cc injectors and bump the fuel pressure up, so 1200's might be a bit high for what I am shooting for.. Only looking for a conservative 300whp.

Here is the DP/TP. 2.5"

8psi roll to 60ish.

Nice dp

I would not boost AT ALL until you tune, it takes little to go boom

True. I'm not worried at all about popping the motor. Timing is pulled to -10 BTDC and 8PSI is lower than stock boost level. The engine has 5k on it. So for now easy driving other than those videos above. But progress has been made

8 psi isn't lower than stock boost.

S4 stock boost is 5.5psi

S5 is 7.5 psi

Fuel cut iirc is at 8.5 psi?

You're correct. Not sure why I was thinking 8.5psi was stock and cut was around 9psi.

And like I just said, they have the same wastegate actuator. The S5's higher boost is from the stock electronic boost control.
