Unhappy Is this the Right Setup for the Defi-BF gauge Trubo Boost..??? (PIC)

The manual Says connecting the 3-way joint to the surge tank and the Fuel regulator. I tried Reving the Car and "No Boost" I know i have a minor Vaccum hose Issue but im getting no boost at all, everything is connected the correct way, maybe ill just have to drive around..??? what do you guys think.?

its hard to make boost in neutral, some cars can do it, but it requires redlining it. does it show vac? If you drive it you should see boost under load.

yeah, you need to drive the car under load to build boost.
