Right hand conversion
I currently have my car totally gutted. I am trying to find a lhd chassis with a good interior and steering rack for cheap to replace mine with (my chassis was a parts car first, parted it out and now I am rebuilding). I may go with a rhd chassis from japan for the value and overall quality of parts. The last time I saw inside a freshly imported jdm fc it had a nearly showroom quality interior, and I guarantee the later fc's from over there have held up nicer overall compared to our cars.
How much would one of these conversions cost roughly?

looks good and if i completely rebuilt my car, i would consider this. i don't think that i would tear down just to do this though. definitely different, but in my area, just driving something other than a honda civic or scion tc is different. my t II is kind of an alien here.

The FC half cut was bought by a friend of mine so he could swap his na to a turbo. In exchange for me helping him do the swap he's giving me the RHD stuff for free!
As for why to do it Yeah azdk pretty much nailed it. However for me I have a small fabrication and tuning shop and it's a major customer draw to be driving a rhd car in the middle of the usa. People ask me now who built my car and I reply I did. That has brought me several customers but the rhd cars will certainly attract more.
I do it for the fabrication.
Thanks!!!
Thanks everyone for your input this all will help me, as I have the steering column, steering rack, and wiring harness, I just need a dash and trim to finish off the swap.
