right brake tends to block
right brake tends to block
Hi Folks.
I rebuild both of my front brake calipers some weeks ago. Now I realized, that my right brake tends to block quiet often. If I push the pedal a little harder the right wheel squeels but the left one didnt (yet). But the car doesnt really tends to push to the right when braking. So is just the right caliper "healthier" or can I adjust this?
greetings,
Harry

If the rebuild was done correctly, there should not be a problem with the caliper, which is not adjustable. Check rubber brake hose. It can deteriorate internally which will not allow the piston(s) to return after brakes applied.
Jack the front, pump the brakes & spin the wheels to see if the right drags more than the left.
Recheck the left rotor for fluid leaks or wear problems on the back side.
