Rich Idle

WTF? whenever I am idling my voltometer shows .9v on my o2 sensor.... running it bumps around like it should... I know those things aren't very precise, but come on, if its at 9 you know its rich... does this @ all idle rpm's.I'm thinking that it thinks it is running cold when it is not? anything I can remove that is not necessary that might fix this?

Also idle will sometimes stick @ 1500/2000 but I firgure that is the BAC valve.

Also stumbles coming off of the gas when out of gear.

You could possibly check the water thermosensor, could be not functioning making it think the cars extremely cold when it's not?

That's another good point :-) I always show about 3 bars from full at idle on my 89 turbo...
