Reviving My 86 GXL

I’ve got an 86 gxl which has been sitting untouched for 2 years outdoors, previously in running condition however the cooling seals were likely on their way out. There were no storage preparations done to the car. Does anyone have any advice on how to resuscitate this beast properly?

Thnx;
Douglas

ps: she is for sale.

drain and replace all the fluids for starters. probably change the spark plugs, fuel filter and put some new gas in it.

Thanks.

I seem to remember that a certain breaker needed pulling prior to starting. ECS perhaps?
