reverse light connections

my reverse lights suddenly stopped working the other day.

-meter fuse is good
-bulbs are good
-the tranny wires seem ok (green/black correct?)

there are 2 red wires hanging down that ive never noticed, what are they for? inhibitor switch for AT?

is there something im missing? where are the grounds located?

ive been cleaning up the engine bay lately and could have messed something up i guess but i didnt think there were any relays or anything in the bay for the reverse lights. i ran some new speaker wire to the rear speakers under the carpet and storage bins, is there a ground i could have severed under there?

i completely stripped out the interior to scrape tar, remove unwanted systems in rear, and repaint a while back but didnt notice anything special looking for the tail lights.

by switch wires do you mean the wires on the connections on the transmission?

i had an auto FC i converted to stick shift now. Well i fixed the starting issue just ran a wire from the starter to the ignition switch. For the reverse lights i know you have to connect one of the red wires to the green/black wire of the 4 prong terminal, **** is i cant find the 4 prong terminal.

Have you fixed this issue? Can u shed some light

there are 2 green/black wires and they are already connected. then there are 2 red tipped wires. i noticed them hanging down when i changed the oil the other day and thought WTF? the male plug was capped off and the female plug wasnt.

is there a spot under the carpet or dash before the fuse box where them green/black wires could have come unplugged or something?
