Hood is available now, no wait, contact Attilla. The info is listed in the group buy section, I only had to concieve it, organize it, front the money, and wait nearly a year for mine, but you can buy one now, no waiting LOL. I'm not bitter, really I'm not Fitment is good, quality is very good, I will enlarge the vents though. It's not as mean looking as the stocker IMHO, but much more functional. Carl

Carl, are you going to be capable of taking passengers? If so I would pay you for a ride dude, that car is my favorite FC excluding the IMSA GTO cars.

I did not weigh the hood, it feels a little lighter than the aluminum one. J200, I will have two seats, with Harnesses, you are welcome to ride along any time. I will be running every NASA event at Thunderhill, and Sears starting mid may. Carl
FWIW there are alot of very nice FCs(much cleaner than mine) out there, but I am trying to do a one off with this, so thanks.

The hood can absolutely be made functional with a TMIC(mounted forward of the stock location, ALA Blue TII, or CARX7), but you would need to open the vents up JDM style. Most of the hoods in Japan with a TMIC are just a big hole in the hood. The advantage of this hood over any other style for TMICs is that the cut-out is only visible from above not the sides. This hood was designed with function being the primary concern, and it fulfills that goal nicely. Carl

My final design will utilize vertical fences attached to the bottom of the hood to help direct air out the vents, this in combination with "boxing" the radiator/ oil cooler/IC will give me plenty of flow to keep everything cool.

He asked about the stock TMIC, which will not work with that hood.
